Jim Friden is the President of PepperMills Supreme and has been a professional chef for 32 years. Jim was granted a patent for "Multiple Rotor Pepper Mill" in 2000. Jim noticed that electric pepper mills on the market took longer to season ones food then a manual mill. "Multiple Rotors" result in more volume and a larger broadcast so seasoning food is much more efficient and effective than other electric and manual mills. Jim has found that with the touch of a button, using one hand, you can season your foods to perfection and prevent cross contamination from a dirty pepper mill. Electric mills are also suitable for those with arthritic hands or only one hand. The Model 200 is now available for your home! Try one for pepper and salt and a third for your own blend. This will be one of your most used tools in your kitchen.

Jim is also working on other designs and will be bringing them to market in the future, expanding the PepperMills Supreme line.
